About Us

The Vanity Box was created from a love for the glamour and drama of hair and make up looks of bygone eras.

With over 14 years experience in professional hair and makeup and through their personal passion for Vintage styling The Vanity Box evolved. The Vanity Box can create vintage looks from 1920s Silent Movie Vamps all the way through to 1970s Punk and Disco Divas. We can bring a vintage twist to your Hen Party or Girl's Night Out. If you are going out for the evening and need to look like a 1950's movie star or a Land Girl then give us a call.

The Vanity Box can be booked for Retro gatherings, festivals and vintage fairs where their pop up salon brings hair and make up services and can provide class style tutorials with practical tips and tricks to recreate the looks at home with easy to find products.

Getting married? Whether you are a Vintage Bride or simply wishing to radiate classic, timeless glamour on your special day let The Vanity Box take the lead with a full hair and make up service.

The Vanity Box can also work in partnership with retro/vintage accessory, clothing companies, models, photographers and a gentleman's barber to bring a full make over experience to your event.
